These terms apply to www.gwench.com and to Gwench apps at app.gwench.com, operated by Gwench LLC, doing business as Gwench Spatial Systems, an Arizona company (“Gwench,” “we,” “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms.
Access
Gwench apps are available only to people whose email is registered with a company that uses Gwench. Keep your sign-in secure and use only your own account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or apps. That includes trying to get around sign-in, interfering with the service, or using it for anything unlawful.
Our content
The site, apps, and the Gwench name and marks belong to Gwench LLC. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the service as intended.
Research and availability
Our products are in research and may change, pause, or stop at any time. The site and apps are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Gwench is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or apps.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will update this page and its effective date.
